Single occupancy households must make no more than $37,740.

Double occupancy households must make no more than $43,140.

Households with 3 people or 4 people must make no more than $48,540 or $53,880.

All household members cannot be full time students (inquire for exceptions).

Applicants must comply with Low Income Housing Tax Credit Requirements.

All income, assets and student status will be verified.
